Here's a simple way to reassign notes in situations where the split point between treble and bass clef isn't fixed throughout the song.1) Select a polyphonic staff style (Piano 1/3)2) Use "Assign Channels Based On Score Split"3) Select the Voice Separation Tool, and draw a line between the notes that you want reassigned.

Sep 7, 2008 - 1) Select a polyphonic staff style. Polyphony (and clef) assignments can be controlled by giving the notes separate MIDI channels. 2) Select on "Assign Channels Based On Score Split".3) Select the Voice Separation Tools. When you draw a line, all the notes below the line will be assigned to MIDI channel 3, which Logic now will show in the bass clef (when "Piano 1/3" is your chosen Staff Style).

Sep 7, 2008 - The same principle applies to how you can get control over separate polyphonic voices within a stave. The split point reference (C3) for "Assign Channels Based On Score Split" can be edited in Preferences>Score>Split. The default split point for each staff style can be edited in the window that pops up when you double click on the template's name (eg. "Piano 1/3").
