Yakup is a turkish Pop & Rockband. Releasing their 2nd album free over their website YAKUP has reached a wider audience whose support brought the band to MTVs Best New Sound of Europe nomination while representing Turkey. Upon receiving a great demand from their fans the band released KAOS on March 26th in a hard copy format adding 3 bonus tracks. After a marathon of concerts and promotions for 10 months KAOS hard copy is being released by Pozitif Music Productions sub-label Voltaj with the addition of 3 bonus tracks for those who want to get it in their hands. In addition to 13 tracks that were recorded in Seattle by Yakup Trana and Bryan Lash, 2 live-acoustic performances and a collaboration with the rap artist Ce.za are taking place in the album. Recorded live the 2 acoustic songs; Bilmece with a jazz arrangment and Paran Yok with a touch of Reggea, reflects the bands energy as a whole while proving YAKUPs rich palette of musical colors. The brand new track Kadina Yer Ver Dünya has CE.ZA accompanying YAKUP with his strong lyrics.
