---adjust the sound by lowering the middle frequencies for best results---I turned my camera phone on and started filming when what looked like some crazy guy going through the motions turned out to be a perp in action, and managed to capture a lot of moments that confirm what was really going on. Notice at the beginning of the clip how the man kind of points to the front of the bus as though attracting someone's attention, then put some glassed on. This gesture is how I knew who the target was because he was wearing spectacles. The perp obviously took those glasses with him for that purpose alone. If you go to the end of the video, right before the perp stands up, you will notice that he points to the ground as though signaling to other people on the bus that the target is disembarking at the next stop. Watch him walk off the bus on his weak tortured legs, then see him as he stands outside the bus pointing in the direction the target went.This footage shows the harassment of a citizen by a government. The target, who I also tried to film but, without the advantage of a viewfinder in my sight, missed, was a polished looking, respectable African in a suite, wearing lenses, sitting with what looked like his mid-eastern wife, looking alarmed throughout the trip. What alerted me to what was actually going on was not so much the gestures, but the "mad man's" speech that, when listened to carefully, isn't what one would expect from a man who has lost his mind. For example, the place where someone studied was mentioned, and so was Addis Ababa, then Mugabe, Islam, etc. From the manner this information was blurted out, it occurred to me information personal to a target was being relayed in order to alert them to the fact BigPervBrother was watching them. The target couple was aware the crazy man was harassing them, and they also seemed to know he wasn't crazy at all, but that this was a cover meant to throw the rest of the bus off.Make no mistake about it, this is definitely the form of gangstalking known as Theatre.These attacks are coordinated. A lot of people get involved, helping each other, covering for each other, watching each other's back. I would say that in this clip there were at least 10 operatives on the bus alone, and many more along the route, ready to jump on the bus and help out if necessary.Such attacks go hand in hand with public facilities such as the bus, libraries, anything that the public can gain access to, where people have to mingle. Perps are not always doing well financially. Getting involved in such an event gains them points, so that they get breaks or handouts somewhere in the system, including cash.Perps will also always circle around a target looking for an opportunity to cause harm to them. If a perp manages to throw some poison into a target's drink using a hand gesture, and there are signs that the target consumed the poisons, then the perp is rewarded financially or some other way, which is why they will always stick around an area where a target will be because an opportunity to earn some cash is but a hand gesture away.

Sep 8, 2008 - The video isn't too clear, but it kind of looks like the whole thing is coordinated. Impossible to be certain. There doesn't need to be more perps on the bus he could be acting alone. He can put his hand to the ground to protect himself to give the impression he is not alone.I think the target was an official in Mugabe's government.
