Music from Phantasy Star IV: End of the Millenium.The music is played when an evil character such as Zio, etc., makes a grand and horrifying appearance in the game.NOTICE: Some of the songs I have uploaded don't play up to the full play time (You should easily tell). The reason why is because I use Windows Media Player to make them, and for some reason, the stupid program just cuts out some parts of the audio I import on there.Oh well. Guess that'll have to do for now.Music owned by SEGA. Not me.Enjoy. :)
