Oct 9, 2008 - I think both US and Russia should use their force to help the world instead, new ICBM's are a total waste of money. US would NEVER EVER attack Russia anyway, even IF US had all the nukes and Russia none. I think USA and Russia should focus on their cooperation in WW2 and in the future instead.
