Sep 7, 2008 - Reading HBK's body language, the kick that he delivers to Lance Cade (which you don't see here) seems slightly unscripted. Almost as if he realized he just got injured and would have to tough out Unforgiven as such and simply acted out of that. As Jericho is walking away from the ring, his expression changes quite dramatically at that point, which sells Michael's aggression and determination all that much more. Classic confrontation really.
