It has been greatly improved. Almost ready to go on a robot for tests. The new autocalibration feature automatically adjusts for the drift in the PIR signal. The sensor is turned away and calibrated. The offset voltage is generated by the AVR. It uses PWM filtered by a RC filter to create the offset voltage feed into the opamp. It adjust it to make it when it sees nothing be perfectly in the middle. Then the normal tracking code takes over. There has also been some improvements there. A threshold has been added to keep the sensor from wagging.
