Oct 1, 2008 - i dont take gymnastics class.... i would really like to though... it was dance that got me to be so flexible... i really luv rhythmic cuz of the flexibility, but i still need to learn the skills to streatching out my back first... i also have 2 more vids on gymnastics, and i think theyre alittle betta than this, so check them out!
