Apr 4, 2008 - this is advanced magic. if you're playing the NA version, then you won't be able to get this skill until later patches. if your not playing the NA version, then talk to the magic teacher of Dunbarton with the "the Noob Elemental Master" title and an ice wand. you'll get a quest from him that requires you to beat alot of high lvl monsters. you must gather pages from the monsters and enchant them in numerical order into a book that you recieve. the enchant success rate is 100%.

Nov 1, 2008 - Salted, actually check the wiki. You don't have to Enchant them, and doesn't have to be in numerical order.
