Sep 30, 2008 - Dalai Lama has no right to ban Shugden practice. The persecution of shugen practitioners in Tibetan society is directly caused by him. I am a Tibetan but I don't worship any deity including Nachung. People should have right to believe in what they want. We live in 21st century, not in a theocracy.
