A little over a month since the last installment:The handstand scorpion with feet in armpits is relatively new for me...it will get better. Headsit is close, but still not there. I hadn't practiced bridge with hands between the feet in a while...hoping to pass feet convincingly sometime. A little frontbending counterstretch is included at the end.

Sep 25, 2008 - Not sure...I have been practicing for the last maybe 15 years. It's been up and down...sometimes injuries halt progress.
