just what i want. a billing messup. Jagex will not accept any other way besides me mailing in cash because one of my payments was declined. I DO NOT feel safe mailing cash in a envelop. anyone could just open it and take the cash out. So jagex if you happen to watch this video PLEASE tell me another way i can pay you back.
