Latino Laughter is filmed in Cali. So I was blessed with a free trip to LA. The producers gave me an open ended plane ticket for the return trip home. Which meant I could hang out in LA for a couple of days!!! A married guy in LA, on his own, the things I could do? So I gave myself an extra two days to "network" (wink, wink). After the taping I hit a few bars w/friends I have out there. The next morning I woke up with a bout of home sickness. I missed my wife and kids really bad, (I know, Im a big pussy) So I called up the airlines and tried to get on an earlier flight back. Turns out the TV show bought there tickets in bulk, If I wanted to change my flight, I'd have to pay for it on my own. So I walked around the mall next to my hotel for next two days alone and miserable. Thats my LA experience.
