Trick trained parrot goes through a hoop

My Quaker parrot, or Monk parakeet, shows off his "go through the hoop" trick. His got the limited hold down to a couple of seconds now. He gets a seed for a reward. Normally he eats pellets, fruits, veggies pasta and other foods. Seeds are a special treat.
