A/N: Um... I am extremely happy for no reason!!!!! I love music! Don't you just love music? I counted how many band names I loved and could remember and got 70. and that's only off the top of my head.... Recap: Shawna-Joe- Face to face. Awkward much?He stared at me for a second then went and took his seat at the table. I stood there staring at the empty space in front of me. Not even a word? I turned around still holding hands with Nick then sat down in my seat across from Joe. He looked up at me and then back to the drink in front of him. I sighed then smiled at Nick and grabbed my coffee. "Thank you Kevvers, you're the best!" I smiled at him and he looked up at me very confused. I pondered for a moment why he would be confused, then realized that it was probably because I was smiling. Most people don't smile in times like these. I chuckled a little when I realized this, which made Kevin's eyes get even wider with confusion. He shook his head. "Your welcome Shawna?" He shook his head in confusion again and went back to reading the newspaper. I took a sip of my coffee and then realized I hadn't said anything to Joe. I gulped down some then set the drink down in front of me. I looked up to find Joe staring at me with a shocked expression. Is it really that weird that I'm happy?"Good morning Joe." I smiled at him and he sat there staring at me with wide eyes.It took him a second then he gulped. I watched his Adam's apple bob up and down and watched him lick his lips; he does that when he's nervous. "Morning." He grabbed his drink and started taking short sips while staring at the table. I sighed then turned to Nick. "What do you want to do today?" He looked up and smiled at me. "I think we should just hangout here today. Your not in the best shape Shay." I sighed again. It's going to be harder than I thought to act normal. "Fine." Nick grabbed my hand and squeezed it encouragingly then smiled at me again. I smiled back. He grabbed his coffee with his other hand and drank some of it. We all sat there in complete silence for at least two minutes. Who knew breaking up with some one then living with them could be so completely and utterly awkward? Well, I guess I did but I didn’t really think of it at the time... Suddenly Kevin cleared his throat. "So Shawna, how are you feeling?" I smiled at him and then sighed again. All this worry and protection WILL make it harder to be normal. "Fine Kev. I just...."I didn't know what to say. Sure I was hurt, but it wasn't important to me. I hurt most on the inside. Nick saw the look on my face and then squeezed my hand again. I just smiled up at him. "Well anyways, I was thinking that maybe we could walk over to Wal-Mart at some point? You know, we are kind of short on groceries and we should get some cool stuff if we are going to be here all day." Nick smiled at me and Kevin just nodded. I refused to let my self look at Joe. Maybe the "friends" thing wasn't going to work with him. Maybe I would have to wait until I didn't have feelings for him. "Sounds great Shay. Kev can drive us! And we need to get cleaning supplies, since SOMEBODY decided to blow up macaroni and cheese and not clean it up." Nick glared over towards Joe. I burst out laughing at the memory of what happened just a few nights ago. This time I forced myself to look at Joe but he was staring down at the table, looking majorly depressed. What have I done to him?I stopped laughing and then sighed again. Nick gave me a small smile realizing that I was sad over Joe. I gave a small smile back. Then Joe spoke up. " Well I used all the supplies to clean blood off my floor."I frowned. I forgot about the small cut that turned into a big deal. It didn't even matter anymore, with all my new injuries. Nick squeezed my hand. I just smiled at him. Silence again. Suddenly Nick's head shot up and his eyes went wide. " POWER RANGERS!" What?"What are you-" He ran out of the kitchen and I heard the front door open. I looked towards Joe who remained in his depressed position. Then he shot up. "BRICKY!" He ran the same way as Nick. Oh great. Two boys. Both mad. Both forgot they were mad. Both remembered. Both trying to get revenge. Both alone, together.A/N: I know... filler. But more will come soon. Comment please!!!!!
