Jul 16, 2008 - well, i think we deserve it, or at least we are all suffering the consequences, thanks to the morons that voted for the animal retarded president we have,(yes, i know i offended animals and retards by comparing them to the president, bush has shit in stead of a brain) but never mind that, people who voted for him, AGAIN, I mean what the hell where they thinking, Yesterday he comes and gives a speech about how the economy is growing and businesses are doing better.

Jul 18, 2008 - This has to do with the inception of social security under Roosevelt as part of the New Deal....and every penny spent on every program since then. That means every congress man/woman who has approved any kind of spending. So as much as we dislike him, we can't blame Bush for the national debt. No matter who wins in November, they too will contribute more to the debt. Even a balanced budget won't make a difference...you would have to NOT SPEND A PENNY and TAX MORE even to take the edge off.

Jul 19, 2008 - the rushie neocons are sooo much like killers charlie manson and jefferie dahmer that i confuse the three ... they stack the odds against you .. take your job ... when gasoline got to nearly $5/gal ... as the gas price was rising and you complained about making ends meet ... the rushies were in contact with the communist chinese discussing their job competitiveness with the cheap state subsidized gasoline ... diabolical ... the neocons spend $400M+ for show biz talk shows to dupe the dopes

Jul 20, 2008 - The piper must be paid. USA is now a slave to its debt. Congress has known this for years. People tried to change that by voting in a Democratic congress in 2006 but the buggers didn't do anything. The USA is poorer for it. Clinton decreased to debt and W. Bush increased it. Wars are expensive but the latest one wasn't funded by taxes. Congress is full of economically challenged idiots.

Jul 28, 2008 - 2:00 - "Al Gore's stump speech...lock box"So, Gore lied? Strange, I thought he was all about truth.I wonder why he didn't answer the congressman directly about how much energy his household uses per year, and why he smirked while he filibustered the remainder of the time during the hearing?

Aug 6, 2008 - i hope the US people suffer and i hope everybody in the world suffers from a great depression and i hope we are all reduced to living in shacks with no hydro and left to scrounge over scraps in the streets.

Aug 19, 2008 - America descends into Depression, Congress vacations. 15B in US/foreign FNM/FRE shareholder wealth without protection & we spend 250B a year in Iraq?Congress should live in Iraq. Common shareholders, foreign investment depends on full faith & credit, we abandoned gold and silver long ago--no one will EVER trust a US GSE again. EVER. Protect current shareholders, otherwise, this Depression making loss of full faith & credit, our only remaining asset when paper replaced specie, is our future
