Hey I Torn the cartalige (meniscus) in my knee 2 weeks and 2 days ago. If you rest, and look after your injuries you will be better faster than you think. This is my first session since I got injured. My knee is about 99% fixed, but I was still slightly worried about kicks :( but i had fun :)
