Been overweight for the last decade.I have lost and gained the same 50 pounds!Tried all of the popular diet plans.Had some success, several times, then the weight came back.Eating cardboard tasting foods gets old really fast.I am probably the only person on Earth who GAINED weight on WW. Anyone else?Atkins too, just gained. I was always hungry.This product, FORM shows promise.Keep eating healthy which just means smaller NORMAL portions of a mixture of protein, carbs and dietary fat.Anyone who has tried (and maybe even succeeded) to lose weight knows WHAT to eat.Hunger was the thing that sabotaged my efforts.With FORM, I have the feeling of fullness -- satiety.
